Chad Mummert

Hi, I’m Chad Mummert — Founder of Marketers Nirvana and a lifelong creative at heart. I’ve spent over 20 years working across every facet of sales and marketing, but before all that, I was a musician. Music was my first language, and I spent my early years performing professionally alongside some of the same bands I still crank up today. I originally studied Audio Engineering, which led me to run a music store and handle institutional sales of instruments and audio gear for churches, schools, and large organizations. That’s where I first started leveraging emerging tech—like websites and early social media—to help drive sales. It worked, and I was hooked.

That curiosity and passion for connection eventually landed me in the marketing department of a newly launched casino, thanks to a referral from someone who believed in me. After a few years there, I went back to school for Advertising and Mass Communications to fill in the gaps and sharpen my skillset—and that move changed everything. It opened doors to travel the world, lead major campaigns, and work in executive and senior roles at some of the top digital agencies around.

But when the pandemic hit, something shifted. I realized I wanted more than just career success—I wanted balance. I remembered a term I once heard Jeff Bezos say: “marketing nirvana”—the idea of reaching a state where everything just clicks, where results are measurable and meaningful. That phrase stuck with me, and soon after, Marketers Nirvana was born.

But it’s grown into something bigger than just business. To me, it’s about finding harmony—between creativity and process, work and life, purpose and performance. It’s about partnering with clients who want to make a real impact, and building a life where freedom, fulfillment, and fun aren’t afterthoughts—they’re the foundation.
